My path into the world of fitness wasn’t a typical one. I started my career in the IT industry, but years spent at a desk—and witnessing the health struggles faced by the women in my family—sparked a powerful shift in perspective. I came to understand that true wellness is more than just the absence of illness; it's about how we move, eat, think, and live every day.

That realisation led me to pursue my passion for health and well-being. I became a Certified Functional Fitness Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Yoga Trainer—dedicated to helping others build strength, mobility, and balance not just for workouts, but for the demands of everyday life.

My approach is holistic, grounded in the belief that movement, mindful nutrition, and mental wellness are deeply interconnected. Through a blend of functional training, yoga, and practical nutrition guidance, I support clients in moving with ease, feeling more energized, and living with greater intention.

Beyond fitness, I’m passionate about music and cooking—two outlets that bring creativity, joy, and calm into my life. Much like health, I see them as expressions of balance and self-care, not restriction or rules. I also enjoy nature walks and hiking. These simple pleasures remind me that health isn't about rigid routines or restrictions, but about creating a life full of balance, curiosity, and joy.
