6 Week Challenge

 
 

We start new clients out with our 6-Week Challenge program. This is the best way for you to get into the 3Fit community, learn how to train effectively from our expert coaches, learn how to manage your nutrition, AND see huge results in the process. You’ll be meeting with your trainer and up to 5 other people 3x per week in a designated cohort. We focus on upper, lower, and core/full body workouts to make sure you’re getting a balanced workout while still being able to learn how to train safely and effectively. 

WHAT: 6-Week challenge with a cohort of 3Fitters and led by an expert coach. We teach you and track your major lifts so you can see progress every step of the way. We provide nutritional guidance (the real secret sauce) to help you achieve the body composition you’ve always wanted. 

WHEN: 3x per week 

WHERE: 3Fit gym for strength training, at home for cardio and nutrition. 

WHO: All fitness levels and goals are welcome. Our programs are scalable and inclusive.
