The Standards

This class is a 90-day (roughly 12 weeks) course built around a standardized set of movements that are essential for a healthy life. We start with an assessment and end with an assessment to see your progress. Throughout the course you will learn the standards as well as exercises that compliment the standards to help you make gains that last.

Format: 10 people work as a cohort to support each other during and outside of class.

Timing: We will train once per week on Wednesdays at 5pm for ~60 minutes.

Training: You’ll have access to a google sheets as a group where you will update your progress weekly. You’ll also find focus work in that document for each week to help improve your standards.

Cost: $360 per person ($20 per class).

THE STANDARDS: Deadlift, Push ups, Squats/jumps, Pull ups, sprint/run/jump/rotate, shoulder press, Carry

Start Date: 2/19 or 2/26 depending on how quickly we fill up
