My sessions are tailored toward my personal goals and each movement and/or weight challenges me. I appreciate how he takes the time to explain the rationale behind each exercise, and how it will help me towards my goals.
— Cara P.

Vincent began his journey in fitness as an out-of-shape guitarist/nerd looking to be less out-of-shape.

As an introvert, he was drawn to the sport of powerlifting, where he independently worked his way to becoming a state record holder, despite his previous lack of athleticism.

With a methodical approach and a talent for explaining anything so that even a child can understand, Vincent delights in applying his knowledge and experience to meet clients where ever they may be in their goals.

When not obsessively seeking a greater understanding of the human body, he enjoys reading self-development books and spending time with loved ones.

Outside of weight lifting Vincent is an accomplished semi professional musician.
