Chris has been a strength and conditioning coach since 2009. He specializes in sports training, body composition enhancement, and application of biomechanics for performance and injury prevention. His passion is helping people by educating them on how to lead a healthy lifestyle for life. Chris emphasizes the importance of posture and how important it is for accomplishing their goals. He has worked with clients ranging from professional and Olympic athletes, college and high school athletes, youth sports and childhood obesity/muscle disorders and the everyday hardworking person. Helping people is Chris’ main goal in life!
Chris played baseball and football for most of life. With a career ending injury, Chris has been committed to developing young athletes so they will not only become better athletes but most importantly stay healthy!
Besides living in the gym, Chris enjoys watching and playing football. He enjoys trying new and exciting things that not only challenge the mind. Chris is also a horror movie expert and loves to talk scary movies. He enjoys anything fitness related and is always up for a challenge!
